Cleaning

Move In/Out Clean

Moving can be stressful and overwhelming. Want to move into a fresh clean home? Want to move out knowing you left a clean space? Book with us...we're here to help!
Pricing for move in/out service is hourly and based on size and condition of home, typically between 4-8 hours at $45/hr.
There will be a $50 deposit in order to hold your time slot (higher than regular cleaning as we block out an entire day for these appointments in order to best serve you), please see instructions for payment in confirmation email. Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from your total upon job completion.

Initial Walkthrough

One Time/Deep Clean

Need help getting ready for an event or guests? Want some help cleaning up after the holidays? Just need help getting that first big clean done to get you over that overwhelming hump? Give us a call...we're here to help, no judgement!
Pricing for one time/deep clean service is hourly and based on size and condition of home, typically between 4-8 hours at $45/hr.
There will be a $50 deposit in order to hold your time slot (higher than regular cleaning as we block out an entire day for these appointments in order to best serve you), please see instructions for payment in confirmation email. Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from your total upon job completion. In the event of a cancellation please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment, anything after the 24hour window allowed, please note that a $50 fee will apply.

Weekly/Biweekly Cleaning

CURRENT CUSTOMERS ONLY
Cleaning of previously discussed areas of the home on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly) for the agreed upon price at the time of walkthrough. There will be a $25 deposit in order to hold your time slot, please see instructions for payment in confirmation email. Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from your total upon job completion. In the event of a cancellation please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment, anything after the 24hour window allowed, please note that a $50 fee will apply.
* Please note you will need to schedule more than one appointment for your desired cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly); this booking does not schedule recurring appointments.

Monthly Clean

CURRENT CUSTOMERS ONLY
Cleaning of previously discussed areas of the home on a recurring monthly basis for the agreed upon price at the time of walkthrough. There will be a $25 deposit in order to hold your time slot, please see instructions for payment in confirmation email. Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from your total upon job completion. Initial cleans are a deep cleaning of your entire home for the very first time after you’ve gotten a quote for routine cleaning.
